Ace has gorgeous solid conformation, extremely large bone, full coverage, nice easy going temperament. He also has a very pleasing head with a nice depth of under jaw and soft, rounded muzzle....but his shinning attribute is his fleece. Ace is an extremely rare find due to his fineness. His first micron came in at 15.3, and two years later was still in the teens at 19.2!! Staple length was just short of 5 inches the last two years. The handle is impressive and brightness is superb. Ace's crimp is even and consistent showing low amplitude, high frequency though out his blanket. Very nice for a black male. Ace is listed as true black at the skin and if shown, would be placed accordingly. However, the fiber tips out a lighter shade as it grows out past 2 inches and overall the color appears closer to a bay black when in full fleece.
Ace's sire is Patagonia Drake, and his grandsire is the legendary Danko. This is a great opportunity to tap in to some of the best Chilean genetics in the Country. Although he just started his breeding career, Ace has now settled several girls (on the first try) with his first cria due in 2008. He is a gentle breeder with a easy temperment.
