Need your Alpacas or Llamas SHEARED?
SHEAR DELIGHT is here to do the job. Nancy is from Xena's Alpaca Farm and DeAnna is from Blessed Be Ranch - both located in Enumclaw. We are Professional Shearers having graduated from Washington State University’s Sheep Shearing School.
We were the instructors on how to shear an alpaca at the 2008 WSU sheep shearing school.
For alpacas we use a table that easily flips up(with the alpaca on it), for llamas we use a specially designed chute. The chute is especially useful for those pregnant girls, even in late stages. And we also bring the "on the ground" Pro-tie method. All is transported to your location on a utility trailer.
Pricing: NO SET UP FEE**
Alpacas $45.00 Over 10 animals: $35
Llamas $50.00
Cria $30 each
Sheep $20.00 each
Show or specialty cuts: Additional $10
Additional Services: trimming toe nails, give shots, weigh your animals before and after shearing; and provide bags for the fleece or wool; each for a modest fee.
